For our founder, Stephanie Krummenacker, this spark came after nearly two decades of marketing, advertising, and sales leadership across a dozen cities nationwide. Each move, each market, and each campaign added a new brushstroke to her creative canvas. And in Binghamton, New York, those brushstrokes blended together to create MediaBrush Marketing.
Stephanie’s media journey began at the Zimmer Radio Group in Southeast Missouri, where every moment connected her with new stories of small businesses and community organizations. A move to Northeast Arkansas expanded her journey by introducing her to the powerful blend of broadcast television and digital media at a local ABC affiliate. It was there she discovered her calling: listening deeply, understanding what clients value most, and shaping strategies that deliver measurable impact and meaningful connection.
During her years at KAIT-TV, Stephanie worked alongside mentors who challenged her to see bigger and think deeper. One in particular left a lasting mark. Before every station meeting, he’d begin with, “Paint me a picture. Tell me a story.”
Those seven words became Stephanie’s mantra and serve as a reminder that every business has a past worth honoring and a future worth envisioning. Her clients embraced it too, turning strategy sessions into storytelling sessions full of purpose and possibility.
When Stephanie was promoted to a new station within the same group, that mentor gifted her a blank canvas and a paintbrush. His message was simple: Never stop telling stories. They connect people. They deliver results.
That canvas has followed Stephanie ever since as a symbol of creativity, growth, and the power of perspective. Today, it sits on her office shelf as a daily reminder of where the story began.
