Kaitlyn plays a vital role in ensuring efficiency and organization. She brings a sharp eye for detail and a natural talent for keeping operations running smoothly. As a senior in Economics at Binghamton University with a minor in Digital & Data Studies, she brings a strong foundation in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical insight to her work.

At MBM, Kaitlyn supports day-to-day operations to support the team, maximize efficiency, and help drive every project forward seamlessly. 

Outside of the office, Kaitlyn is an active member of the Binghamton Kickline team, performing and cheering at Binghamton University Basketball games. As she continues to grow in her role, Kaitlyn is committed to supporting MBM’s mission and helping the team succeed!
